This Sunday 24th Nov. What's on Guide

As usual in the water for a 9.10am start, out of the water at 9.50am so a nice warm 40 minute swim on sunday morning :-)

This Sunday again and for the next few weeks we will meet and cycle in the Gransha grounds. Given that the Christmas lights are now switched on this means shopping has commenced. We feel that the foyle valley railway location will be very busy and therefore unsafe to use.

Feedback on last week was very positive and we learned a few lessons that we will correct for this week. The forecast is quite good for sunday but will be cold so please ensure that appropriate clothing is worn and if possible a pair of gloves as this was the biggest complaint last weeks "me hands are freezzzzing".

Once you enter the Gransha grounds take the 2nd left the carpark. It’s about 200 mtrs and we will meet in the car park there.

Mountain Bikes: If you’re riding a mountain bike, hybrid or BMX and want to test your off road skills we have a course for you. Just be aware you might get dirty :-)

Road Bikes: If your riding a road bike don’t worry we have a great course for you also, nice quiet roads plenty of turns, climbs and straights just what you want :-)

Meeting Time: Same time meet @ 2pm finish by 3.15 - 3.30pm.

Hopefully see you all there and parents don't be afraid to get on a bike yourself and join in you are very welcome.
