christmas party photos & more

Morning all,

Hope your are all not feeling too sore this morning after yesterdays fun session :-) interestingly the juniors seemed to beat the adults at everything yesterday, I would like to say that the adults weren't trying that hard but after the crab football was finished none of them could speak, some could hardly breath and at least four needed assistance to get back onto their feet :-)
We certainly hope you enjoyed yesterday and now you can relax and have a well earned rest for a few weeks. We will see you all back in the water on the 11th Jan 2015 @ 9am. Later the week we will finalise the next quarters training plan and publish this on the website for everyone to see.
So from all the coaches, the committee and everyone at the Northwest Triathlon Club can we take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas & a Happy  Healthy New Year.

This weekend.14th dec last session before Christmas

well done everyone you made it, half way through the season and time to recharge the body. We will take a few weeks break for Christmas but before we do let's have a party. Ok it's not going to that easy 😃 before we break let's have one final session. Here the plan for this weeks session.

FUN FUN FUN........

9.10 to 9.50 swim fun session
10.00 to 10.40 fun run and activities session
11.00 to 11.45 christmas sit down tea/coffe chat and open discussion on everything

Parents are welcome and in fact encouraged to get involved, see you all Sunday morning.

training 7th Dec

Evening all,

Weather for tomorrow looks, well its not going to be good put it that way so we might change tomorrows second session from a bike session to a FUN/RUN indoor session inc. any of the adults that want to join in the session. dont worry no 5k, 10k's or marathons to be run. just short interval activities.

so bring your running shoes just in case.
