Training Sunday Nov 29th.

Countdown to the Ulster Schools Aquathon is on, so with that in mind we are going to change this Sundays training programme a little and focus on aquathon swim, transition and run.  So Swim as usual first then aquathon transitioning skills & techniques, and finishing off with a running sessions.

Also keep in you diary the 13th Dec for our end of season "party" not sure if we can call it a party but you know what we mean :-)

The plan for the 13th is Fun in the Pool, then 30 mins of FUN in the main hall or outside throwing snowballs, then in for a 30 / 45 Min nutrition & hydration session i,e. tea & cakes for Adults & juice snacks for juniors :-)
