Training 28th Feb Swim & Run Session

Hello everyone,

Hope you all enjoyed your mid term break and are ready to go again this Sunday. This week is swim and run with the run being the 2k or 5k the last of the winter 5k series up at the coffee house on the quay.

Please remember you MUST register for the 2k or 5k, registration if not available in the complex will be in Puregym at the reception.

Weather forecast is for a dry but cold morning so dress appropriately

See you all in the water @ 9.10am on Sunday morning


This Sunday we are having a mid-term break, so a welcome lie in for parents. On Sunday 28th February the usual swim session will be followed by the last of the winter series 5k/2k races along the quay.The first big event of 2016 will then take place on 6th March, so there will be no club session that day, as the Derry and Strabane district schools duathlon is taking place.Please remember to get entries for this through your school.More about this later.Finally for today, can we get a push on to ensure everyone attending club training sessions is a club and triathlon Ireland member before next weekend's session.From that day, only signed up club members will be allowed entry to club sessions.As of last week, only 16 of the 40 people in the pool were signed up members, so let's get it sorted.Sent from my 4G Ready LG G2 on Three

Training 14th Feb - Swim & Run (grass)

Evening everyone,

Well the weather forecast look actually quite good for the weekend so its going to be a swim & run session. The schools duathlon is in March so we want to get you all running on the grass the same run course as the duathlon to get you all used to the course and the surface.

usual start
Swim sessions starts @ 9:10am finishes @ 9.50am
Run session starts @ 10:00am finishes @ 10.45 / 11am at the latest.

Training 7th Feb Swim & Run

Evening All,

Tomorrow morning Alvaro, Paddy & Gerard are looking forward to seeing you ll back in the pool after your week off. Following the swim we will have an indoor running and strength & conditioning session as the forecast for tomorrow morning is horrible.
