Well done to NWTC jnrs who attended the Post Primary Triathlon Championships in Omagh on Sunday.

Foyle Arena

The Tuesday night swim session at Foyle Arena has finished now until
September. Numbers have been low for a couple of weeks as a result of
exams, so no excuse now for not getting into the sea.

Training 21st May

This Sunday morning sees the last of our pool sessions at the complex
before we break for the summer. Anybody who has been at one of our end
of season swim sessions will know that Coach Paddy has something in
store, so don't miss it.

After the swim our last run session will be a 2k timed run out along
the path of the Liam Ball route, so there will be a chance for a short
warm up before the start.

Next Sunday, 28th, we will be having a cycling treasure hunt in the
grounds of Saint Columb's Park. This is a new adventure for us and we
would ask that parents bring their bikes along as well, as this will be
a really good family event. This will begin at 10am, so please be
early for instructions from Noel.

In the lead up to our kids Firmus triathlon, we will be having our
buddy swim in the Foyle on the Thursday before the main Firmus City of
Derry triathlon. This again is a great family event, where parents can
swim in the Foyle with their kids. If this is too much …
