Please see below the draft programme for Q1 2017 or Jan 15th to Easter Apr 16th. As with previous years we will try our best to stick to this programme but this year again we will be at the mercy of the weather gods so please bear with us.
We will post each week to confirm the sessions latest the friday before, why do we leave it to friday ? very simple we leave it to the last minute to get the best weather forecast and also some parents email addresses are work addresses so friday is their last opportunity access that email.
We have intentionally left the week of the 2nd of April free as we have a few ideas to try something new but want to get the feedback from the parents/guardians before agreeing what it is.
you hopefully will notice on Sat 11th March a 5k/2k run in Gransha, this is a saturday yes and whilst it is not a NWTCJNR sessions it is an event run by a supporter of ours Paula Mc Gilloway and is to raise funds for the Foyle Hospice. We will share with you…
Morning all. Just to let you know Juniors club will starting back on Sunday 17th September. This will be a swim only session (everyone in the water for 9.10). A short meeting with parents will take place whilst the kids are in the pool.

Please find the "proposed" training and events programme for Q2 2017 (Apr - June). As always we will do our best to keep to this programme as closely as possible but again as i'm sure you are aware "things" can crop up and derail our best-laid plans. We will post before the friday of each week what is happening that weekend to give you as best a heads up as possible.
